COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM IRAQI AGGRESSION, FOR THE ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE ASSESSMENT AND CLAIM PREPARATION PROJECT.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1- Supervising the Translation Dept.
Supervision the work distribution and work flow of the fellow translator as well as their performance and
making amendments and corrections necessary.
2- Written Translation of all types of legal, environmental and oil fires pollution
related damages documents.
3- Translation of a lot of legal witness statements of the damages sustained by different
Kuwait government authorities through
actively sharing in the team work with the consortium.
3- Simultaneous interpretation for the meetings between the Arab and the American
teams involved in the project as well as for the meetings of the consultants of the United Nation Compensation Commission
with witnesses of the environmental damages in Oil Sector and other governmental entities.

by different ministries including: (Interior / Foreign Affairs / Public Health / Finance / Commerce and Industry) as will
as many authorities and departments of the State of Kuwait including the fire department, Kuwait Institute for Scientific
Research (KISSR) and the Emir Diwan (Bureau).
B) Assisting with the preparation and translation of a lot of witness statements
of the damages sustained by different government authorities through actively sharing in the team work with the consortium.
C) Translation of many Emir Decrees and assisting in the translation of C.T.C law.
